📋 AMC TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1.AMC validity is 12 months from the activation date.
- 2.Included visits must be scheduled in advance.
- 3.AMC is applicable only to the registered property.
- 4.Major repairs and replacement work are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- 5.Spare parts are chargeable unless covered by the applicable consumables allowance.
- 6.Unused visits cannot be converted into cash or transferred.
- 7.Emergency requests are subject to technician availability.
- 8.Additional work requires customer approval before commencement.
- 9.AMC benefits are non-transferable.
- 10.JoyRepair reserves the right to inspect the property before accepting an AMC.
- 11.Existing major defects should be disclosed during AMC registration.
- 12.Service coverage may vary depending on property condition and accessibility.
